Great views of the mountains from outside! Beautiful apartment building, friendly atmosphere, and neighbors. Lovely gardens and plenty of parking.

My wife and I have been here for a year and a half and we are very pleased with the staff, community, and the apartment itself. The grounds are well maintained, beautiful, and the apartments are modern and in excellent condition. Lanell is a wonderful manager, looking out for the tenants, listening to our needs, and helping in places we didn’t expect! Overall, Avalon is a terrific place to live and we highly recommend it!

Where should I begin? The beautifully maintained grounds with garden spots, the clean and fresh Bark Park for our pets, the inviting buildings or our beautiful apartment? I'll start with Lanell and the staff. From my first phone call through the complete process moving in, Lanell, her staff and our new neighbors have made the experience easy and welcoming. We've only been here a week but we're sure we'll have years of happy living at Avalon Senior Apartments!
