When I started looking for a place to live I wanted something close to work. Well I found it, Avalon Senior Apts it the best place the staff and all of the people that live here are so wonderful. If you have any problems they will get it fixed so quick and they just don’t put a Band-Aid on it they truly fix the issue. I had a problem with the toilet and they got a new one to fix the issue. The staff are unbelievably helpful and they are so nice. This is the best place to live and I am truly loving my new home.
They helped my uncle with some things so I didn't have to do it that would have taken about an hour and they said it was part of the deal with him living in this senior living center. He seems to have a good time here and is taken care of so far. His last nursing home they asked all of the residents to leave because they were changing the building to something else so I am glad he is in another place that is comparable. I feel glad it is just one level flooring plan at the Avalon. Good experience with this place from a nephew of an uncle who lives here.
What a lovely place for seniors! Bright, will managed with many activities and social rooms as well as excersise rooms
This is a wonderful place to live. Lynell is very cordail and always makes sure the place is clean nice and well maintained. She is very friendly and willing to help whenever she can. The location in great, the atmosphere is always quit, warm, and inviting. Thank You

Everyone at the Avalon is wonderful to work with and my Mom loves living there. The amenities, grounds and staff are top notch and very professional. Clean, quiet and great location. Thank you all for having such a safe place for my Mom to live.

Absolutely beautiful better environments and meeting areas, no smoking campus, and elevators so relatives with disabilities can visit. Management and support team are good to work with.

I love living here. The most important thing for me is that I feel safe. I love Lynell, sorry if spelled wrong. She's so easy to talk to, I know she protects my privacy, and she always asks my son how I am doing. She tells my son to remind me of activities. I love living here, and I love all of my friendly neighbors. I am proud to live here.

As a resident of Avalon, I enjoy the wonderful views with big open windows, the spacious kitchens, and large bathrooms where even a wheelchair can get in without any problems. I also enjoy the people that live here. They are cheery and happy. Its wonderful to sit and enjoy each others company in the common areas. The employees that work here are very willing to help with any kinds of problems. We also get fresh coffee and muchies daily.

I brought my father here for a tour of the property last week. The whole place was immaculate! Smelled great, and the people were so friendly! I feel like it is very important to have a safe, friendly, and caring place for my father to be at this point in his life, and this property offers all of that!

Very warmly welcomed and a friendly staff. Activities are offered as a way to let the tenants get to know each other. Participation is not required but once you start making friends with your neighbors you'll want to join in the fun. Community gardens are a plus for me. There are also fruit trees near the gardens. The BBQ's always have propane as we like to grill in the pavilion. I would recommend others to stop by for a tour and join us!

The staff is so nice I feel like they are best friends already. Everything is designed with the older generation in mind. There are movie days, group activities, garden plots if you want those, but good privacy if you don't. Great security, and even trash pickup from your apt door. Highly recommend this lovely place.

Avalon is such a special place! You cannot get any better than the people, the homes and the location of this beautiful community. It is truly a blessing for Lindon to have such a wonderful place for independent seniors to live.

I came and toured the facility with my parents. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Overall the property was very clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend this property to anyone 55 years or older.

I moved into The Avalon two months ago and was very impressed with how beautiful the apartments were. Granite counter-tops, high ceilings, good lighting, huge bedrooms, Internet plug-ins in every room, and best of all, they're brand-new! I am the very first one to ever live in mine! No wonder they're filling up so fast! I love the game and spacious theater rooms also! Kelsey and Lanell were terrific to work with. They bent over backwards to make everything work for me. I highly recommend them.

After living in the complex for a month or so I learned more about the community and what they had to offer, planned activities/socials, friendly neighbors, beautiful new amenities and wonderful office staff. I am very happy with my decision to move into Avalon Senior Apartments and plan to stay and would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a brand new quite community.
