My experience having my mom live at Avalon has been amazing. The staff are great and especially the manager, Lanelle. She has helped my mom feel comfortable and welcome from the time she moved in. I highly recommend this place for 55+ residents! Great location as well!

I’ve been living at Avalon Senior Apartments for over two years and I love it. The public areas are always welcoming and my apartment is the perfect size. Lanell, the manager, is very personable and helpful. If I ever need anything fixed in my apartment, Oswaldo is very quick in getting back to me and does a wonderful job in accomplishing whatever ever needs to be done. I plan on living here for a very long time.

The manager at Avalon, Lanell Ferguson has made our experience at Avalon pleasant and accommodating. From the time she first showed us the property she has been friendly and very professional. She responds quickly to our inquiries and has been very responsive to our requests. Lanell ensures the Avalon environment is always clean and inviting and we feel very secure here. She is never too busy to listen to us and responds as quickly as possible. We fell very fortunate to live in such a great place with such a great manager.

I recently moved my mother from Texas to Utah and into the Avalon Senior Apartments and my expectations were exceeded. The apartment grounds are lovely and the apartment itselt is gorgeous and upgraded with awesome views. We love Lanell, the community manager, she is very friendly and helpful. Also my mother's new neighbors were very welcoming and I feel great about her being in a safe community. I highly recommend moving to Avalon Senior Apartments!
