I am going on 4 years here at Avalon, It is quite, the commons area and the halls along with the game room, family room, theater room and the gym are always very clean. Lanell is a wonderful person to have as a manager and onsite at that. Oswaldo our maintenance man is always doing something and if something needs done in your apt. it gets done quick, not in a week. Lanell has bingo night and we win prizes, there is also other games she plays for the residents where you can win gift cards and they are not just the $5.oo ones either, there is a nice garden area behind both buildings for the residents to plant in, there is also a few fruit trees, The residents always have something going on, weather it be a birthday party, a going away party or games and puzzles. It is close to the UTA bus stop. The building is secured which is a plus for me.

I have lived here at Avalon Senior Living for 2 years. I have felt welcomed from day 1. Lanell in the leasing office has always been very helpful when I have needed anything. If you have a special need she will do whatever she can to help you. She makes is fun to live here. Oswaldo in maintenance is so very helpful when something needs to be fixed he is always so quick to get it done. I have the best neighbors that I could have ever asked for. Great Place to live.

Pricey and what they offer isn't exactly true. Mostly surface looks and not a lot of depth. Construction is mediocre and the soundproofing is basically non-existent. When the heater turns on it sounds like the apartment is trying to take off

I have lived here for about 3.5 yrs. The people here are very pleasant. The grounds are kept up very well. Over all it's a nice place to live.

My son, Joseph, who is wheelchair bound, and I have been living at Avalon for almost three years. Our apartment is easy for him to move around in his wheel chair and is very comfortable with lots of space for storage. Lanell has been very gracious and helpful if we have a problem. The facility is well-managed. Likewise, Oswaldo is always on the job if anything needs attention and takes good care of the physical facilities like replacing batteries in fire alarms, removing snow and ice from sidewalks and salting the parking lot. As a former home owner I find it is very nice to have everything well-looked after by someone who is competent and pleasant.

My mom (Flo) loves the Avalon Apartment she is in! She was one of the first ones here at Avalon and has made memorable friends at every turn. Oswaldo is always so friendly and helps with so many maintenance related issues. Also, Lanell is so nice and is so friendly to all the residents!

I am going on two years here at Avalon and feel very safe, the residents are very friendly and helpful. The management (Lanell and Oswaldo) are great. I can always count on helpful hints and any repair issues to be done quickly. It is a clean environment to live in with several amenities available to all residents. Love it here!!

We love living at Avalon! The property is kept up well thanks to Oswaldo. There are plenty of fun activities and special days with little treats in the lobby. Lanelle does a great job with the activities and keeping keeping the property running smoothly!
