I am so glad that Avalon popped upon my Google search. It is the perfect place for me at this stage of my life...surrounded by other peers, in a safe and supportive environment. We have been homeowners prior to this move and I wasn’t sure about returning to apartment living. I knew I wasn’t ready for a senior living facility. Here at Avalon I have an apartment that is my private home and there’s NO landscaping, No snow plowing, NO repairs...it sure beats homeownership! I’ve been dealing with a declining husband and there is so much love and support here. I don’t plan to ever leave!

Best apartments that I have EVER lived in, in my entire life! The apartments are immaculate inside and outside. The management are so very helpful and kind. Lanelle is sooo knowledgeable, kind and fair. I just love her! I am serious when I say "come move here, you will be treated like royalty"!

I have lived at Avalon for over 3 years. I just love it. So many good people live here and I feel very safe. They go out of their way to make us feel welcome. They have activities each month for us. Even during this trying time to help us keep our spirits up. I highly recommend living here. Its a great community. You would love it too.

We have lived at Avalon since 2016. Great experience and super staff. Very new buildings and facilities. Great Property Manager, support and maintenance staff. The other residents are kind and helpful , we've never had any issues with them. If you're looking for a great Senior Living residence, Avalon has our highest recommendation. Thanks to the folks a Avalon for a great experience.

I found this awesome apartment complex about a year and a half ago looking desperately for affordable, quality senior living apartments in Utah. What I found was a GEM of a place! I real quality, yet very affordable senior complex, close by to all the amenities I required. In inquiring of availability, I was immediately able to get into a great apartment, and I’ve enjoyed my stay and experience living here immensely ever since!!! In addition, the staff here are WONDERFUL! I couldn’t ask for better! I’m serious! I would recommend to any senior 55+ in the Utah Valley looking for an affordable and awesome apartment, with great residents and a wonderful, helpful staff to come to the Avalon Apartments in Lindon and check it out. You won’t be sorry!!!

I would not recommend these apartments to anybody under any circumstance. These people prey on the elderly and they will rip you off any chance they get even if it means making up things there aren't even true and there are a lot of renters who say the same thing about them. This is not just based on my experience. They said we had a problem with bed bugs so they kept our lease and there was no bed bugs whatsoever. And that didn't work so they said we moved out before the rental lease was up which was also not true and now they said they are taking us to court and we have proof that our lease was up before we moved out and it was never even an issue before. Now almost a year after moving out, they say they are taking us to court because we moved out before our lease was up and we have actual proof. They will do anything they can to make extra money off of the elderly Even if it is dishonest. They can try to do what they want but they are going to be countersued and they will end up paying in the long run. These people are scandalous and dishonest and they are known for it. They know that elderly people are very vulnerable and easy to rip off and that's how they make their money. Do not move in here at any cost and do not recommend it to your family, friends or loved ones these people need to be investigated. They will try anything they can to steal from you. Trust me stay far away from this place and I can go on and on about other things as well. They accused me of throwing cigarette butts all over the parking lot and I don't even smoke. That's how much they do not know what they are doing. They don't live up to their obligations or anything. If you value your money or assets do not come here and there have been cars being broken into in the parking lot as well which they did nothing about. Very unsafe there. They will tell you it is a business if you can believe that. Well it is a very dishonest and scandalous business they are running
