Everyone at the Avalon is wonderful to work with and my Mom loves living there. The amenities, grounds and staff are top notch and very professional. Clean, quiet and great location. Thank you all for having such a safe place for my Mom to live.

Absolutely beautiful better environments and meeting areas, no smoking campus, and elevators so relatives with disabilities can visit. Management and support team are good to work with.

I love living here. The most important thing for me is that I feel safe. I love Lynell, sorry if spelled wrong. She's so easy to talk to, I know she protects my privacy, and she always asks my son how I am doing. She tells my son to remind me of activities. I love living here, and I love all of my friendly neighbors. I am proud to live here.

Sadly, You Can't Believe Everything You are Told During the Tour. We received one story when we toured, and in reality experienced something different upon move-in. For example, the family room, we were told was available on a first come basis, unless we wanted to rent it exclusively for an event. We selected the apartment we did because of its proximity to the family room and our desire to spend the little time left with family as much as possible (time is very limited due to a liver cancer diagnosis). However, after a few weeks we tried to use the family room for the first time and found it is locked and not available on the weekends unless you pay $50. When discussing this with the front office, they did not deny we were told what we were during the tour. But they were committed to the $50 charge policy.
